The Conservatory Specialists started in the mid-nineties as a group of AMDEGA MACHIN conservatory installers, building in the Midwest and the New England area. Project locations always varied, so travel was a must. Building year-round gave us a first-hand look at how the elements affected our buildings.
Hard water stains, pollen, creosote from chimneys, and glass and gutter damage from ice and snow were common. Our clients were constantly asking for referrals for cleaning and maintenance services. However, not many contractors are equipped for such an endeavor, and as locations vary, we had no companies to refer to.
Our Specialty
We realized that we are the only company with the right tools and trained personnel willing to travel on our own. So we started offering cleaning and service inspections. With our installers doing the service, we had a crew that did the cleaning job and could take care of small maintenance issues.
A loose or broken gutter bracket caused by ice or wind was easily replaced before future damage could occur. Inspections of glass sealants losing hold were noticed and resealed before leaks could become a larger problem. Most seals on the roof's exterior can go unnoticed for years. Yearly inspections greatly reduce the costs of repairs.
