Glass & Poly Replacement
Years after conservatory installation, clients may find it difficult to find local contractors who can replace failed or broken glass. It can also be difficult to find glass for older buildings. Conservatory Specialists can find or manufacture and install replacement glass for any conservatory. High performance glass has come a long way – we have lots of options in glass to lower temperature and increase comfort in your conservatory.
Polycarbonate roof systems can get damaged throughout the years of UV abuse, and they can lose some of their lusters. Conservatory Specialists also provide full polycarbonate re-roof surfaces.
Cleaning Services
Building year-round has given us a first-hand look at how the elements affect our buildings. Hard water stains, pollen, creosote from chimneys, and gutter damage from ice and snow are common.
As a full-service company, we are pleased to offer annual and biannual cleaning services for all conservatories by our trained installers.
Included in our cleaning service is a full diagnostic inspection of seals, gaskets, gutters, drains, and hardware.
Minor issues will be identified and repaired to prevent larger and more costly repairs in the future.
